Trouble with Update

I'm trying to update in options update all and it keeps freezing up on me, everything else in the game works fine but this option.

Every time I try to start the game it says it needs to update to match the new version. Then it tells me I need to enter my license. When I do I can get in. But when I close the game and start it again, it has to update again and once again asks for the license. It does this over and over!!!!!!!!!
